Shipping & Returns

1. We usually ship package by DHL/EMS/UPS/Fedex to most countries unless expedited shipping is not available from us to your location.

2. All package will be shipped out next business day upon receiving cleared payment.

3. ONLY ship to PayPal address and is NO EXCEPTION.

4. Generally, we prefer to shipping package by DHL. If the address is DHL remote area, we will switch to EMS (Express Mail Service by China Post).

5. However, shipping way may vary to some certain areas, based on your location and the carrier's  shipment volume. Below are the details, 

(1) USA/Canada 

DHL 4-8 days. 
Will switch to EMS if DHL cannot deliver and shipping time is 7-15 days. 

Note. Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO and US Protectorates (American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands,  Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands) are not be within USA. 

(2) UK/ Germany/ Italy/ Belgium/ France/ Netherland/ Norway/ Denmark/ Finland/ Greece/ Spain/ Sweden/ Swiss/ Austria/ Ireland/ Hungry/ Czech/ Slovakia 

DHL 3-6 days. 
Will switch to EMS if DHL cannot deliver and shipping time is 7-15 days except Italy and Greece, 
which will take 15-35 days.

(3) Australia/New Zealand 

EMS/DHL 7-12 days

(4) Japan/Singapore/Philippines/South Korea/Malaysia/India/Indonesia 

DHL/EMS or other expedited shipping way, it takes 4-10 days, based on your location.

(5) Other locations

Will try EMS or other expedited shipping way, but will switch to registered airmail if EMS cannot deliver. It will take 20-45 days. Please contact us for details prior to buying.

6. Anyway, we provide tracking number once shipped.

7. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are always at-cost, with no markup or "profit" margin. and estimate shipping a package of similar weight from your location to China. In nearly all cases, the shipping quote will be equal to or even higher than what we require for shipping fees.
